-  assist with concept and design

-  create a personalized mood board for your wedding day

-  communicate with your booked vendors

-  construct your day-of wedding timeline

-  create floor plans for all aspects of the wedding

month-of:

-  communicate with your booked vendors

-  construct your day-of wedding timeline 

-  assist with picking up last minute details/decor and set-up​

-  inspect and confirm of venue layout and set-up

-  orchestrate ceremony rehearsal including processional and recessional

-  meet with wedding party to discuss details of wedding day itinerary

-  coordinate with the officiant if they cannot attend rehearsal

day-of:

-  greet wedding vendors as they arrive and receive deliveries

-  ensure that all vendors are fulfilling their contractual duties 

-  act as the day-of contact for all vendors

-  oversee styling, ensuring all is as planned

-  properly line up and cue processional

-  keep wedding running smoothly and on time

-  personally direct guests during wedding 

-  distribute any final payments and tips to all vendors on your behalf

-  organize and assist with all set-up and breakdown

-  be prepared to troubleshoot any emergency situations that may arise

-  ensure decor + gifts are loaded into the designated vehicle

-  provide 3 hours of styling services + 8 hours of coordinating services
